Casting or an early release is caused by an improper change of direction (Transition). The Transition happens where the back swing stops and the down swing starts. The correct tempo of the Transition is the KEY for the correct shift of the Sweet Spot Balanced Motion (PATH) for the down swing while maintaining the Sweet Spot Balanced Motion (FEEL) correct alignments of the club face. If the change of direction (Transition) tempo is rushed you will lose the Sweet Spot Balanced Motion (FEEL) on the down swing. Losing Sweet Spot Balanced Motion (FEEL) during the transition produces casting or an early release resulting in a loss of power and club head speed. The Sweet Spot Balanced Motion (PATH) and club face alignments are also disrupted and can result in an outside in path (Over The Top Move) with the club face open at impact. The Power Release is specifically designed with audio feedback and feel references to groove the proper change of direction producing maximum club head lag, delivering the club head square to the ball at impact with maximum club head speed. Training with The Power Release produces results in "Minutes" - Not Weeks, Months - or (Worse Yet) Years!
